These delivery terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Sidi.store for the delivery of organic olive oil. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

1. Orders and Delivery
1.1 Orders: Orders are placed via the Sidi.store website. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the order details.

1.2 Delivery: Sidi.store aims to deliver orders to the address provided within 3 days of receipt of payment.

1.3 Shipping costs: Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and are clearly communicated during the ordering process.

 

2. Prices and Payment
2.1 Prices: All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.

2.2 Payment: Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

 

3. Returns and Warranty
3.1 Returns: If the customer is not satisfied with the products received, Sidi.store can be contacted within 14 days of receipt for return instructions.

3.2 Guarantee: Sidi.store guarantees the quality of the products delivered. Should there be any defect, please contact us immediately.

 

4. Liability
4.1 Liability: Sidi.store is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the delivered products.

4.2 Force majeure: In case of force majeure, Sidi.store is not obliged to fulfil the agreement.
